Object of research - processes of the industrial structural changes in transitional economics countries. Research purpose - development of theoretical bases, methodical theses and practical recommendations directed on rising of the administrative decisions validity in the sphere of the industrial restructuring in conditions of transition to the market relations. Methods of research: general scientific, systemic approach, formal logic, theory of unclear multitude, traditional statistic analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the approach to the improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism of the industrial restructuring regulation is scientifically developed.
