Essay

The object of investigation - experimental tumors. The aim of work - to study the changes in haemostasis under tumor growth. Methods - functional and screening tests of haemostasis, determination of vessel wall permeability, particle and cell mechanical hold-up, extent of metastasis. The activation of blood coagulation and fibrinolysis systems was shown; clot lysis blockage phenomenon under condition of fibrinolysis system activation was displayed. Compensatory role of fibrin deposits for overcoming of barrier endothelial function disturbance was demonstrated. Metastasis extent direct dependence on fibrin clot formation intensity was proved. Field of application - clinical and research cancer centers.
