Object - thin condensed in vacuum fullerite films in the thickness range 1-102 nm; aim - to establish features of structure thin condensed C60 films and their thermal expansion coefficients; methods - high-energy electron diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometry; results, novelty - For the first time the structure of free C60 films under condensation on the oriented and amorphous substrates was investigated. By variation of condensation conditions the structure of the films can varied from a disordered (amorphous) to (111) oriented was determined. The formation of multi-position structure under condensation on the (100) NaCl was established. The conditions of the conjugation of the (100) surface of NaCl and the oriented C60 films were determined. A structure formation mechanism of the condensed films C60 was proposed. For the first time the basic features of the temperature dependence of the film lattice parameter are close to those for a bulk C60 was determined. The size effect of the thermal expansion coefficient (f was established.
