Essay

Object is the chromatographic process of separation in МLC with chemical modified eluents. The objective is to determine the quantitative characteristics of sodium dodecyl sulfate micelles in the presence of modifiers, and on this basis to develop the retention chromatographic model in micellar liquid chromatography. Меthods: potentiometry, spectrophotometry, viscosimetry, conductometry, micellar liquid chromatography. Results: sodium dodesyl sulfate micellar solutions modified inorganic and organic additives were quantitatively characterized. The new technique on chromatographic separation of five rubomicin derivatives by MLC method was developed. The new physico-chemical meaning model of chromatographic retention has been developed; its parameters are the micellar characteristics - the critical micelle concentration and the degree of counter-ion binding. The model considers the interinfluence of micellar eluent components and better describes experimental data then known models in MLC. Volume of providing: the optimization of conditions of definition of organic compounds in MLC.
