The object is flora of vascular plants of Kamyanetske Prydnistrovya (KP); the aim is critical study of flora of vascular plants of KP; the methods are the floristic classic fields and cameral methods; the novelty - the integral notion of flora of KP has been defined, its migration natura has been determinated; results - the new judgement of history of development of flora KP has been defined. The applied sphere is contemporary "Flora of Ukraine", "Ecoflora of Ukraine", regional econet forming.
