Dissertation is devoted to development of economic-mathematical models, methods and algorithms of optimiza- tion in the support systems of decision-making during the realization of logistical management by transport-warehous complexes of the trade enterprises. General basis of logistics approach in finding solutions for trade enterprises functionning problems are defined. General principles of creating DSS in logistics are formulated; structure and functionality of DSS in trade enterprises management are defined. The task of optimal loading for the transport vehicle, and material stream management task in trade-and-warehouse networks are solved. Customer service models with the different requests in state-depended priority systems at the moment of entering the warehouse system, optimization methods for wholesalers' service in warehouse system are developed.
