Kalenychenko R. Psychological providing of effectiveness of military guard unit's professional activity.

The dissertation is devoted to raising effectiveness of military men's activity in guard units with the help of psychological methods. The factors are determined which influence the effectiveness of professional activity in interconnection with psychological climate in a military guard unit. The theoretical and experimental analysis is given of the results of psychological providing of military guard units effectiveness. It has been found out that the use of psychological optimization of psychological climate in a guard unit essentially improves interpersonal and intergroup relationships which stipulates the effectiveness of professional military activity. The program of psychological providing of effectiveness of this program has been shown. The practical recommendations are given.
