Dissertation is devoted to the development of decision making concept and methods relative to the effective use of active part of capital assets. An economic-mathematical model of optimal planning of enterprise specialization allowing, scheme of information-cybernetic system of effective use of equipment within the production scheduling was developed, reseach and methodical fundamentals of creation of the monitoring system of effective use of equipment was worked out.
