The thesis is devoted to research of the problem of public relations in territory of one of the greatest outlying states of the Greek world - the Bosporus state. In the work for the first time due to modern methodological bases it is examined the social structure and factors which affected on its formation: the state institutes, rules of law, public traditions, antique outlook, property condition. The dynamics of forming separate social groups and their development is traced in view of legal, property, social and industrial criteria. It is established leading role of antiquity civil norms at definition of person status, traced preservation of the main rights and duties of ancient Greece and Rome civil communities on Bosporus. On the basis of burial materials it is characterized a property status of the population of different Bosporus centers, revealed the level of social differentiation of urban and agricultural population, traced the hierarchy of urban centers according to stratification level. The conclusion is made concerning advantage of interprosperous population and also about the noble isolation in the city centers and uniformity of agricultural population due to the absence of social differentiating features in a funeral ceremony of rural necropolises. It is examined forms of social relations on Bosporus, made the conclusion about participation in a public life in borders of professional and religious unions of all layers of the population and preservation of antiquity traditions and some polis institutions practically in all Bosporus centers despite of monarchic board. The author has reached to a conclusion about originality of social relations on Bosporus not only for The North Black Sea Coast region, but also for all antique civilization.
