The dissertation is devoted to the research of the questions, connected to increasing the accuracy of the measurement of the melted zone parameters. The mathematical model of the brightness field development of the melted zone while the presence of re-reflection of radiation in the vacuum chamber is created. The method of retrieving of the image shape, which are based on experimentally established laws of the brightness field formation in the borders of phase transition, are created for the increasing of accuracy of melted zone height measurement.
