The thesis is devited to the problems of modelling and optimization for transport communication in the Ukrainian oil supply system. Taking into consideration irregularity of oil and oil products consumption, a set of economic-mathematical models of oil and oil products seasonal storage has been developed. Possibility to take into consideration stochastic character of oil products' consumption in the Ukrainian oil supply system was explored.
