The thesis is dedicated to research of activity of versatile corporations and mining of economic-mathematical models of its(her) operation. The object of research selects the versatile corporation on delivery of the alimentary components, consumable materials and equipment to firms of a food-processing industry. Basing on principles of systems analysis the research of the economical reasons of originating of versatile corporations in conditions of market economy is executed, to which concern: marketing, financial, currency, customs, transport, license, certified, organizational.
