Essay

The object of research is the patients with fractures of the calcaneus. The purpose – make better results of patients treatment with intra-articulares fractures of the calcanea by working out devices and technology of ruling external fixation. Methods – clinical, X-ray, electrophysiological, biomechanical, experimental and statistical. On the basis experimental investigations and mathematic calculations made biomechanical ground of possibility for using across bone osteosynthesis. Analysis of clinical-X-ray datum and treatment’s results by conservative and operative methods of 158 patients with intra-articulares fractures of the calcaneus, advanced working scheme those fracture and suggest quantitative appraisal the degree of fractures dislocation, that may determinate degree of difficulty damage and optimal medical tactics. The new devices and technology of ruling external fixation for different types of heap-bone fractures was worked out, high efficiency of ones have been proved considerable amounts (92%) of positive follow up treatment consequences with minimizes number of complications. Working out technology was inculcated in clinical practice Scientific respired institute of traumatology and orthopedics of Donetsk state medical university by M. Gorky, traumatologycal abjointinds of municipal hospitals of Donetsk, Odessa, Lugansk, Mariupol and Kiev.
