Essay

The obtained data concerning peripheral haemodynamics, peroxide lipid oxidation and state of renin-angiotensin system in patients with systemic sclerosis (SS). It is shown that above mentioned deviations are connected with the course of SS. The choice of the drugs and the regimens of patient treatment depending upon the course and manifestation of the SS are grounded. Comparative study of effectiveness of proposed regimens was performed. Based on data obtained the approaches to the choice of differential treatment of SS in accordance with the peculiarity of course of disease are proposed
