Essay

The object is the research of influence of insulin, prednizolon, hydrocortisone, estradiol, progesterone on morphological development and biochemical processes in oocytes at their addition in a culture medium on maturing oocyte-cumulus complexes (OCC) in conditions in vitro, influence of an insulin and prednizolon at their introduction heifers in structure of hormone-vitamin preparations on the maintenance of nucleic acids and correlation separate fractions of proteins in tissues endometrial, ovaries, a liver, a paranephros. The purpose to investigate action of hormones on biosynthetic processes in cells OCC from ovaries of cows and cells of tissues puberty heifers. Methods of research and the equipment: biochemical, biotechnology, morphological, morphomethrick, veterinary, radiological, a microscope, scintillation meter, the spectrophotometer. Innovation - is advanced a culture medium for a maturing oocytes in vitro by addition to it, estradiol, progesterone, an insulin, prednizolon, cytosol cells ofa mucosa oviduct, cells granulosa. Advantage of use at system of cultivation in vitro oocytes different doses of hormones is proved and positive influence compose their uses is shown at a maturing oocyte-cumulus complexes. It is developed complex hormonal preparations which structure includes insulin or prednizolon, for a stimulation of oestrum. Introduction - the received results will be used by preparation of documents application for the patent for a preparation, that will allow to stimulate oogenesis and an ovulation at puberty heifers. The branch - biochemistry, biotechnology.
