The common calendar model of construction of objects of the enterprise project (CCMCEP) was put in a basis of work. Due to the properties it can in the best way take into account the incorporated needs of the customer and contractor. Its design allows to develop set of variants CCMCEP and to choose best. The developed principles of account of the demand line of credit allow to achieve essential reduction of a payment for the credit, and establishment of necessity of prime repayment of the credit, instead of the debts on percуnts for the credit (contrary to accepted of the order in bank system) allow in addition it to reduce.
