Object - investment activity of wood-processing enterprises. Goal - specifying scientific and methodological recommendations, and working out practical recommendations concerning improvement of investments efficiency analysis into reconstruction and technical re-equipment of acting enterprises. Methods - of induction and deduction, of comparison and synthesis, of graph theory, statistical. Novelty - the definition of investments into reconstruction and technical re-equipment has been specified; the concept of investments analysis has been formulated; the system of information database of enterprises' investments activity analysis has been improved; the methods of project analysis of investments which take into account risk factor have been worked out; the general flow block of investments efficiency analysis into reconstruction and technical re-equipment of acting enterprises has been suggested; the algorythm of estimating investments efficiency has been worked out. Level of implementation - scientificresearches were used in practical activity of two wood processing enterprises Sphere - enterprises of wood processing industry.
