Theoretical aspects of calculation of the combined elastic screw elements, classification of compensating clutches and new arrangement schemes of multifunction devices are synthesized. The theoretical reasoning of construct-power parameters in radially placed pairs of contacts spring-ball-slot interdependencies from rotation moment and rate of misalignment. It is advanced the application theory of optimization of design parameters of protective-compensating clutches.
