Theoretical and experimental investigations of developed structures of low- dynamic ball safety clutches which provide essential decreases of dynamic load on the drive in their slipping are presented in the thesis. Analytical dependences for determining structural, kinematic and power parameters correlation are calculated. Dynamic model of clutches action for determining the character of semicluthes contactless propping – off in their relative rotation is developed. Desk equipment and test structures of low-dynamic safety clutches are developed. Static and dynamic experiment investigations are conducted. According to their results the theoretical dependences and actual processes of clutches action correspondence are determined. Engineering technique of safety clutches parameters calculation is suggested
