Poltyeva I. Modelling of processes of financial planning on firms in conditions of uncertainty

Object of research are the processes of management by the system of the financial planning of enterprises. The purpose of research is the development of models and methods of the financial planning on enterprises in the conditions of uncertainty. Methods - economic and mathematical modeling, economic dynamics, systems analysis and synthesis, specialized methods of financial management and financial planning, theoretical positions and transactions of domestic and foreign scientists. Results: theoretical approaches to modern organization of process of the financial planning on enterprises are explored, the analysis of conceptual and formal approaches to the decision of tasks of the financial planning is conducted; conception of modelling of the system of the financial planning of enterprise in the conditions of uncertainty is developed, the necessity of its realization in the environment of expert system is grounded; the functional model of expert system is developed, directed on the decision of tasks of strategic efficiency of the financial planning; the complex of economic and mathematical models of forming of optimum strategy of management by financial resources on the basis of application of principle of the Pontryagyna maximum in the financial planning is developed; the complex of economic and mathematical models by the process of realization of financial plan in the conditions of uncertainty is developed; the method of construction of the informative system of the financial planning in the environment of expert system got further development. Novelty: the concept of financial plan as informative model uniting the elements of the systems of construction of strategic, current and operative plans of enterprise is first certain; conception of modelling of the system of the financial planning of enterprise in the conditions of uncertainty which is based on principles of the system and integration of different levels of planning is developed; the complex of optimum management by financial streams is developed, based on application of principle of the Pontryagyna maximum in the financial planning; the complex of case frames by the process of realization of financial plan in the conditions of uncertainty is developed, based on the methods of situation management and scenario analysis; the method of construction of the informative system of the financial planning in the environment of expert system got further development.
