Lysova V. A pathomorphism of pigs pasterellosis

The object - pigs pasterellosis. The aim - to research a pathomorphism pasterellosis of pigs originating at durating unsystematic usage of antibacterial drugs of a wide spectrum of operation. Methods - clinical, pathoanatomical, histological, histochemical, morphometrical, statistical. Novelty - pathomorphism of pigs pasterellosis originating as a result of unsystematic usage of modern antibacterial drugs of a wide spectrum of operation without the registration of sensitivity to them of the originator for the first time is researched. Is shown, that in mild animal, died at atypical current of pasterellosis, the sero-hemorrhagic pneumonia or katarrhal bronchopneumonia is taped. Characteristic for the typical form of illness a lung fever with the centers of necrosises and plastic pleuritis are not recorded. The much complementary existing representations about a pathogeny of this disease are obtained new given. Is shown, that in development of pigs pasterellosis the important role is played by a duratingbacteriemia resulting in to a defeat of an endothelium of vessels with the subsequent violation of mechanisms of a hemostasis. At atypical current of pasterellosis in an organism animal there are morphological sings of the development of the hypersensitivity of an immediate type. The original scheme of a pathogenesis of the hydropic and pulmonary forms of pigs pasterellosis is offered. On the basis of the obtained results designed the criteria of pathomorphologic diagnostics of pigs pasterellosis with atypical current. They include presence in the lungs microcenters of necrosises both red and sulfur hepatization, in which the fibrin is not taped.
