Essay

The dissertation is devoted to designing code-controlled resistance measure on the base of active resistance simulators, which are invariant both to the wire and switches resistance and the noise influence. For compensation of the resistance simulation error, caused by the wire resistance influence, the voltage, current and combined compensation circuits are proposed. It is shown that the application of the additional resistance voltage dividers allows to decrease the influence of wire resistance at least in 20 times (26 Db), and the application of compensation circuits allows to decrease it at least in 2500 times (68 Db). The structural circuits both with the automatical correction of bias voltages and with change of the current direction are proposed for correction of the additive constituent error. The compensation circuits and the additional capacitive feedbacks using allows to decrease the influence of normal mode noise.
