The subject–coat protein of alfalfa mosaic virus (CP AMV); the object–interaction of CP with RNA4 AMV; the methods–biochemical, molecular-biology, immunology and genetic; the new approach–using yeasts three-hybrid system was shown that AMV CP is bound with high affinity to the plus-strand of RNA4 in vivo, obtained polyclonal antibodies against recombinant CP AMV.
