Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to scientific task solutions on design of heterogeneous materials brazing junctions, method of analysis of tension and deformation fields creation and its experimental investigation. On the basis of finite-element method the calculation algoritthm of tension and deformation fields in heterogeneous materials brazing junctions was worked out with considering of above mentioned factors. The influence of geometric and physico mechanical factors on compartition and level of maximal tensions in heterogeneous materials brazing structures was investigated. The mode of deformation experimental investigation of three-ply brazing squared beam was fulfilled. The practical recommendations on optimal design of heterogeneous materials brazing junctions were worked out.
