Subject of research - a complex technical systems as input-output with linear functional connections; purpose of research - creation the mathematical models of determinization process in the complex systems in the conditions of deficient data-in and development on this bases methods of reproduction of the electricity consumption for any type systems - electric supply systems; methods of research and apparatus - analytical, experimental; theoretical and practical results - development the basic concepts of determinization process theory for the large class complex systems and evolution of mathematical apparatus of the fuzzy sets theory, that give to possibility to create the mathematical methods and models of the reproducing of electricity consumption parameters for the electric supply systems, on that bases is developed programming complex of control by electricity consumption; the degree of introduction - in the range of branch; field of introduction - electric supply systems.
