Object of investigation: optical layered coatings. The objective of investigation: mathematical modeling of inhomogeneities and optimization of optical layered coatings. Methods of investigation: Abeles matrix method, many-dimensional search method, Monte-Carlo method. Scientific novelty of results: mathematical models of partially inhomogeneous and inhomogeneous films have been developed. Optimal parameters of inhomogeneous and homogeneous multi-layered structures have been studied. Program software of optimizing parameters of optical layered coatings has been developed. Stability of spectral characteristics has been studied. Application field: optical instrument-making industry, integrated optics.
