Polishchuk M. Organizational conditions of psychological impact technology implementation in the system of authoritative relations.

The dissertation is dedicated to the study of issues of management and psychological impact of commanders upon subordinates. Systematic, functional and individual analysis of military leaders' activity as to psychological impact upon subordinates organizing and performing, have been conducted; modern experience and techniques of psychological practice of psychological impact have been analyzed. Technology of commanders' psychological impact upon subordinates has been worked out by the author. It has been determined, that organizing of psychological impact of subordinates always requires commanders to consider organizational conditions of this process activization, that ensures the quality of military professional activity.
