Industry enterprises of information sphere. Conception development reengineering of business-processes of information firm on forming base and application of complex of economic-mathematical models. Were developed list of basic business-processes of the information firm and descriptions of these business-processes, restructuring models, models of determinating the queue of business-processes that would be reengineered, models of reengineering development processes of information products and development of production firm strategy, technologies of reengineering and realizations of considered business-processes, restructuring of managment, and firm's functioning quality control.
