Essay

The thesis is dedicated to solution of the actual problem of rising of outcomes of treatment of multiple chronic damages of tendons flexor of fingers of hand on the basis of usage bioimplants of tendon. In an experimental part of work in comparative aspect the clinical, morphological, immunological and biochemical reactings of the recipients to bioimplants "Tutoplast" are studied, the possibility of their clinical applying is justified. In a clinical part the testimonies and methods of surgical reduction of tendons flexor of fingers of hand with applying of bioimplants "Tutoplast" are determined. The system of a postoperative rehabilitation is optimized. The applying of bioimplants has allowed to reach of 17,65 % excellent, 35,29 % good and 38,24 % of satisfactory outcomes.
