Experimental matherial of the animale distal humerus; the aims to improvement of the result of surgical treatment of patients with intraarticular fractures of the distal humerus; the methods - clinical,rentgenogical,experimental and biomechanical,topographical and anatomical,statistical; the new is the problem of improvement of the result of surgical treatment of patients with intraarticular fractures of the distal humerus has been decided; the outcomes - the methods of fragments ostheosyntesis in case of intraarticular fractures of distal end of humerus depending have been substatiated biomechanically.The rationality of the suggested surgical approach to an elbow has been worked out and substantiated topographically and anatomically. The expediency and principles of the ulnar nerve hypodermic transposition in case of intraarticular fractures of distal end of humerus depending have been grounded scientifically. The treatment tactic schemes for treating patients have been worked out.
