Kolomiyets N. Ecotoxicological grounding of cereal disinfectants using Premis 25 and Panoctin total in the condition of the Ukrainian Carpathians and Forest-Step Zone

The investigation object of cereal disinfectants ("Premis 25" and "Panoctin total") of the Ukrainian Carpathians and Forest-Step Zone. The investigation object of cereal disinfectants of the Ukrainian Carpathians and Forest-Step Zone for explanation modification them at metabolism plants, crop end quality. It was used think layer chromatography method; plant oxidoreductaze activity have been determined by Yermak A.I. method; phytoexpertise; statistic methods. The dissertation devoted to the ecotoxicology estimation of cereal disinfectants ("Premis 25" and "Panoctin total") using in the condition of the Ukrainian Carpathians and Forest-Step Zone on the basis of the conducted investigation. Pesticides behaviour in and Forest-Step Zone on the basis of the conducted investigation. Pesticides behaviour in the "soil-plant" system have been investigated and risk level have been established according to the kinetic indexes. It was elaborated the scale of the levels of phytotoxicity according to the indexes ofthe peroxidaze activity change. The norms of the disinfectants using depending on plant destruction degree was elaborated. Obtained materials was founded on the registration of investigated preparated by Administration of chemical matters safaty at the Ukrainian Kabinet of Ministers.
