Essay

In work the results of examination and surgical treatment of 200 patients with non complicated not fresh and inveterate injuries of spine cervical vertebrae, have been analyzed. It was revealed, that conservative methods of treatment do not remove trauma sequelae and they are a principal cause of transition of patients into the group of not fresh and inveterate injuries. 81 % of patients showed unstable damages of a vertebro-locomotory segment are revealed. On the basis of the received data the differentiated approach to surgical treatment was developed. Three kinds of technique of operative interventions. Radiological method of diagnostics of instability of cervical spine ware been defined. The differentiated approach to surgical treatment, including clinical and radial methods of investigation, have allowed to receive 84% of good results in 1 year after operation and 91,2% of good results in period from 1 to 5 years after operation.
