Essay

The dissertation is devoted to creation of energy saving technology of reception of high calorific gas from biomass and its burning in heating furnaces with the purpose of replacing of the basic fuel - natural gas. The analysis of biomass power use efficiency in Ukraine and abroad has been carried out. In the experimental way, The process of biomass waste pyrolysis has been investigated experimentally under different conditions. The technological schemes of joint work of the heating furnace and pyrolysis device have been developed and the evaluation of their efficiency at partial replacement of natural gas to pyrolysis gas has been carried out. The mathematical models of processes of heatexchange and the processes of biomass particles pyrolysis in free fall and in hot air flow have been developed. The numerical researches of heattechnological process of biomass heat treatment have been carried out and the recommendations on the choice of the basic condition parameters of conducting processes have beendeveloped. The method of biomass waste loading in pyrolysis device has been developed and investigated. This method provides tightness of the working chamber, continuity and uniformity of bio fuel submission. The Patent of Ukraine has been received as results of the investigation of biomass pyrolysis process in hot air flow. The technical project on the experimental device for pyrolysis of biomass waste in hot air flow has been developed.
