In a thesis the organizational-methodological problems of accounting and analysis of the enterprises are considered. The essence and classification of investment has been clarified. The destination and role of the investment activity among others prospects of common activity of the enterprises has been determined. The improvement of principles accounting of the finance and capital investment has been offered. Accounting register for operation control and influence on the performance of the investment projects has been created. The model of complex analysis of the investment activity of the enterprises has been created, which take account of basic micro and macro factors, which influence on decisions regarding investment.
