The work is dedicated to developing and analyzing a complex of mathematical models of the enterprise functioning and increasing the effectiveness of its management under the conditions of competitive activity at the limited capacity market. An imitation model of material and financial flows of the enterprise was created on the basis of dynamic modeling methods. This model is necessary for defining the amount of free assets. Game-theoretical models defining the effective policy of the enterprise development were worked out. The policy is based on the strategy of using the available free assets. A model of allocating the market of limited capacity between enterprises as well as of defining the assessed value of realized amount in the future planning period was synthesized.
