Mashining process and wear at application cutting fluid. Increase of a wear resistance быстрорежущих of tools by directional transformation of their initial properties during run in by cutting under conditions of the minimized consumption cutting fluid. The methods of researches base on original positions of the theory of cutting, strength, wearing, physical-mechanical theory of contact interplay. The new gear of operating cutting fluid (lubricating - cooling medium causing a level of increase of normal stresses is established enhance deformation processes on working surfaces of the tool, providing in optimum conditions formation of contact layers of a heightened wear resistance). On the basis of an estimation of greasing operating cutting fluid the new pathes of their effective utilization are established. A field of application - mechanical engineering.
