Essay

Thesis is dedicated to the examination of magnetic method of detection of ferromagnetic bodies in non-magnetic mediums, in particular in the coal flow on the conveyer. Parameters of magnetic fields induced by magnetized ferromagnetic bodies of different masses, geometric forms and orientation in me space have been examined. Necessary threshold of sensivity, rational size and form of magnetic sensitive elements, used as sensors of ferromagnetic bodies, are defined. Ferromodulation sensors with circular grid are used as magnetic sensitive elements Functions of transformation of ferromodulation sensors with parametric intensification in output circuit are theoretically examined. Experiments' data are proving correctness of the results of theoretical examinations. Experimental example of control system over ferromagnetic bodies in the coal flow on the conveyer of Lugansk concentrating factory is worked out.
