Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of raising technical characteristics of gear pumps remov-ing the process of compression of working lignin in compressed volume. Object of research: hydromechanics of se processes taking place in compressed volume gear pumps. The results of the theoretical and practical research of se processes taking place in compressed vol-ume of a pump were used as the basis in designing a new pump with asymmetric line of gearing in which compression of working liquid was removed. The designed pump with asymmetric line of gearing exceeds the serial pump НШ-32-У2 in basic technical characteristics: factor of volume supply in 2,16...4,18 %, general efficiency in 3...4,5 %, me-chanic efficiency in 1 % depending on conditions. Hama-percentage resource of the gear pump with asymmetric line of gearing is 15 % mare than the serial pump resource.
