Object-Organizational and economic attitudes of partnership of raw and processing sectors of the food-processing industry. Goal-a scientific-methodical substantiation of actions on improvement of mechanisms of economic partnership of raw and processing sectors of the food-processing industry. Methods-the system and complex analysis, synthesis, comparison, abstract-logic, modeling. Novelty-for the first time is proved and developed conceptual model of economic partnership of raw and processing sectors of the food-processing industry. Result-the basic ways of formation of partner mutual relations to structure of the integrated formation of manufacture of agricultural production and its processing are proved. Applied-in practical work of corresponding departments of Central administrative board of an agriculture and the foodstuffs of the Odessa Regional state administration, in educational process of the Odessa state economic university.
