Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the adequate modern operative approaches and optimal surgical tactic for the different types of fronto-temporal gliomas. This work based on the 182 cases of fronto-temporal gliomas. In 97 cases the tumor located in the dominant hemisphere, in 85 cases - in the subdominant. In 182 cases the tumors growth to the median structures. Using the growth peculiarities of the fronto-temporal gliomas, we formed 6 clinical-anatomic groups for optimal surgical tactic.The optimization of the surgical tactic using such removal methods microsurgery, ultrasonic, crio- and laser technologies reduce the mortality from 7,4% to 1,1 %, and increase the life quality of the patients.
