In the dissertation the recent trend develops at examination of a coastal band, based on the prestress analysis of information attributes, both methods of their recording and definition of structure of optical measuring systems under satellite maintenance in a view of features of monitoring of a coastal band. The reliability sectional, basing on remote models sets, is appreciably based on completeness and precision of the measured optical performances immediately in an aqueous medium. The results of development of optical - electronic systems for under satellite maintenance of space examinations of coastal waters are given, the efficiency of application of differential methods is proved by development of measurers of the hydrooptical performances, high performance of which is proved theoretically and is confirmed by experimental and natural examinations.
