Essay

The dissertation is devoted to revealing and studying of morphological changes of ultrastructural components of air-blood barrier in conditions of acute alcoholic intoxication on experimental (white rats) and a section material. In both series of supervision negative influence of alcohol on air-blood barrier was shown the same. It is experimentally established, that at acute alcoholic intoxication in lungs experimental animals there are ultrastructural changes, which mention all components of air-blood barrier which dynamics of development allows dividing them on convertible and irreversible. The degree of expressiveness and convertibility of ultrastructural changes of components of air-blood barrier is determined by a level of development of surfactant-associated proteins SP-A, SP-B and SP-C and of character of their distribution on intraalveolary surfaces and in cells of air-blood barrier. Set histological, ultrastructural and immunogistochemical changes in components of air-blood barrier in conditions of acute poisoning ethanol is identical to those at RDS in adults. That enables to assume presence by the nosological form - an alcoholic RDS in adults.
