Object of research: financial funds man-agement processes at branch ministry. Pur-pose of research: elaboration of mecha-nisms and models of state stimulation of within the jurisdiction economic objects, that allows to produce effective operational and grounded regulative influences on manage-ment of financial funds of a branch minis-try, at the expense of efficiency rise and in-formation processing authenticity.
