Essay

The modeling carbon clusters with different degree of oxidation and their complexes with metals of copper subgroup carried out by quantum-chemical methods. It is established, that the process of reduction of metals at weak-oxidized carbon is determined of electron-donor properties of active carbons and it is orbital-controllable process; at the strong-oxidized the formation of coordinating complex of oxygen-containing functional groups with cations of metals takes place, it is charge-controllable process.
