An object is movement of capital of industrial enterprices. The purpose is development of theoretical and practical recommendations for improvement of methodology of analysis of capital of enterprises during the period of market transformations. The methods are system analysis, induction, deduction, abstraction, formal logics, comparison, groupping, method of middle indexes, correlation-regression analysis, linear programming, detalization, elimination, formalization and modeling. Novelty consists of detalization of economic essence of “capital”, improving of analysis of structure and cost of capital of enterprise, improving of the methodology of analysis of optimal structure of capital of enterprise, offering of methodology of analysis of needs of enterprise in capital. Introduction degree: recommendations are used in the practical activity of enterprises of alcoholic branch of food industry. Sphere and field of usage: alcoholic branch of food industry of Ukraine.
