Essay

Subject of research - elements and tools of the computing engineering in different fields of the informative systems. Research purpose - the rise of efficiency of the digital data processing (DDP) and compression by the methods of randomization and creation on their basis of program and vehicle tools of forming, transformation, transmission and digital data processing in the computer systems. Research methods - an information theory, theory of code sequences of maximal length, methods of the correlation and spectral data processing, methods of data compression, digital automata theory and results of experimental researches. Theoretical result - the formalized theoretical bases of randomization, methods of digital treatment and data compressions, are developed. A practical result is the developed digital processors and program tools, that will realize the offered methods. A novelty consists in the effective decision of tasks DDP on the basis of the offered formalized methods of randomization. Results are inculcated in the system for testing of industrial meters of gas, checking system of oil level and educational process. The spheres of the use are the enterprises of oil and gas industry, electroenergy, metrological centers, scientific research organization, higher education.
