Essay

The thesis is devoted tо development of principles for creating precise collet chucks from a position of systematic approach, theoretically substantiation of the efficiency and comprehensive research of their characteristics. A systematic-morphological approach and a differential-morphological method are propounded for synthesis of precise collet chucks. On the basis of development of mathematical (finite elements) models of the elements of the chuck and the system chuck - detail, the process of tightening with reading the influence of the different factors of the force, precision and rigidity of tightening has been researched. The results of comparative experimental researches in laboratory and industrial conditions of precise collet chuck with elastic flange and standard tightening collet are submitted. New constructions of precise collet chucks with elastic flange, method of their designs and controlling calculation are designed.
