Essay

A research object is the process of lathe treatment and machine-tool systems. The purpose of work is the rise of the dynamic characteristics technological machining system (TMS) for providing of exactness of form of detail at lathe treatment due to the special instrumental devices (ID), which will realize the management by dynamic parameters on the base of mathematical presentation of process of sharpening as such, which takes place in the closed resilient system. Research methods. In work the methods of theory of automatic control, dynamics of machine-tools and methods of systems analysis, were used, and at implementation of experimental researches - methods of mathematical statistics and theory of transformation and treatment of signals. Experimental researches were conducted by a modern measuring apparatus. Mathematical dependences are certain, taking into account the TMS reserve which includes elements with self-regulating parameters, that allows on the stage of planning to choose the necessary geometrical and dynamic parameters of these elements; determination of technological heredity at lathe treatment is offered; for the first time the requirements to new ID with self-regulating parameters are developed and scientifically grounded. The ID protected by the patents of Ukraine are developed and algorithms and software for the design of the dynamic phenomena. Job performances are inculcated in an educational process and tested in the conditions of production on the enterprise.
