Essay

The thesis is devoted to an urgent problem of clearing up of hip joint formation features in children after hematogenic osteomyelitis of а proximal part of the femur. The work is based on the analysis of clinical and roentgenogrammetric values of anatomy and functions of 225 damaged hip joints in 183 children who had an illness at the age under 14 years. On the basis of clinical and roentgenogrammetric indices the features of hip joint formation is defined in children after hematogenic osteomyelitis of а proximal part of the femur depending on the patient's age at the moment of disease, the type of morbid affection and medical treatment technique. The above-mentioned factors allowed to give proof fundamental criteria of prediction, prophylaxis principles and medical treatment of orthopedic complications during this pathologic process
