The complex of model has been created on the basis of theoretical generalization of the methods of derma collagen conversion into leather during technological processes of chrome tannage, fat-liquoring and dyeing that allowed to develop technologies of wide range of leathers with specified properties. It has been proved that the negative zeta-potential of derma results in obtaining an increase in leather area yield, the positive one - in obtaining soft skin. The operational spectral method of defining the basicity of chromium salts solution has been carried out. The method of regulation of chromium salts basicity on the fibre of derma collagen has been developed during leather dyeing in order to prevent such defect as brittleness of grain. It has been established that the weight of stuffing matters which are sorbed by a leather depends linearly on the contents of chromium basic salt in it. The technology designed allows to decrease the manufacturing costs and to use domestic chemical materials, to reduce contamination of enterprise sewage, to lower the first price of the finished products.
